1. Food Orders

Due to the nature of our products, all food orders are non-refundable once prepared or delivered. However, if you experience an issue with your order, weโ€™re here to help.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item you received is incorrect or missing.

  • The food is spoiled or unsafe to eat.

  • There was an issue with delivery (e.g., undelivered or delivered to the wrong address).

2. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them, provided food preparation has not started. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.


3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be:

  • Credited back to your original payment method.

  • Processed within 5โ€“7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind after order is prepared or dispatched.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customer providing incorrect address or contact details.
